Shipping Policy

We ship all HEAL orders from our warehouse in Subang Jaya, Selangor, to addresses within Malaysia.

Shipping rates

Subscription orders ship free.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier (DHL eCommerce) within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may be longer during sales campaigns, festive seasons or courier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Self pickup

You can choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order for free from Metier Food Sdn Bhd, 752-6, Jalan Subang 3, Taman Perindustrian Sg Penaga, 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor. Please wait for our "ready for pickup" email before coming over.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help (see our Refund Policy).
