1. Eligibility

The campaign is open to all customers aged 18 years and above residing in Malaysia.

Employees of Metier Food Sdn. Bhd., its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Transactions made outside this period will not be eligible for participation.
3. How to Participate
a. Lucky Draw:

Customers will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw with a minimum spend of RM100 in a single receipt during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible receipt (RM100 and above) counts as one (1) Lucky Draw entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries per customer — the more you spend, the more chances you have to win!

Canceled or refunded transactions will not qualify.
b. Top Spender:

The Top Spender will be determined based on the highest total accumulated spending during the Promotion Period.

Only completed and verified transactions are eligible.
4. Prizes

Lucky Draw Prizes:

6 winners will each receive a POP MART CryBaby X Powerpuff Girls collectible set worth RM55.80.

Top Spender Prize:

1 winner will receive a Ninja NC300 Ice Cream Maker worth RM1,099.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement

Lucky Draw winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.

The Top Spender will be determined based on verified total spending.

Winners will be announced on 5 January 2026 via Metier Food’s official website and social media pages, and contacted directly through email, SMS, or phone call.

If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
6. Verification

Winners may be required to present proof of purchase and a valid identification card when claiming their prize.

Metier Food Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify all transactions and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid.
7. Publicity

By participating, winners agree to allow Metier Food Sdn. Bhd. to use their name, photograph, and likeness for publicity and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
8. Liability

Metier Food Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this campaign or the use of any prize.

All decisions made by Metier Food Sdn. Bhd. regarding this campaign are final and binding.
9. General

Metier Food Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign or its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
