Our final community run of the year and without a doubt, the BEST one yet! From sunrise
strides to sweat-drenched miles, from music echoing through the tunnel to a post-run
brunch that absolutely hit the spot, last Saturday was a whole vibe from start to finish.
This time, we teamed up with CARFE as our venue partner and Journey Run Club to
make the experience even more meaningful. Nearly 80 runners showed up, kicking off
the morning at 7 AM with registration, warm-ups, and a refreshing boost from Heal’s
Creatine to power everyone up before hitting the road.
Before the 5KM run officially began, Journey Run Club led an energizing warm-up
session. It wasn’t just about prepping the body, it was about building bonds, sharing
laughs, and creating memories with a community that keeps growing stronger.
By 8:30 AM, runners were streaming back with big smiles and even bigger energy. The
weather, the route, the vibes everything aligned perfectly. It was one of those rare
mornings where everything just clicked.
But the fun didn’t stop there!
We rolled into our Car Pull Challenge, where participants competed for prizes worth over
RM800. Watching both men and women give their all was incredibly inspiring. 100%
effort, zero excuses. The crowd was loud, supportive, and fully present, cheering every
pull and celebrating every success. We loved witnessing everyone push their limits and
prove that strength comes in many forms.
