The Heal Step Up Challenge is Here!

The Heal Step-Up Challenge is a joint Challenge between Heal and Tune Protect Malaysia. Through this challenge, we aim to promote a healthier and more active lifestyle amongst Malaysians.

PUMP, powered by the Tune Protect app, is a digital health technology solution that helps users monitor their health and physical activities in a fun and rewarding way. With PUMP, you can earn points through healthy habits. These points can then be redeemed for rewards at your preferred merchants. Additionally, you can participate in PUMP challenges to stay motivated and potentially win amazing prizes.

To unlock the Challenge’s prizes, simply for the actions below:

Starter Tier

RM5 Heal Voucher + RM10 Shopping e-Voucher

2. Reach an average of 7,000 steps daily in 14 days

Unlock Bronze Tier

+ RM10 Heal Voucher

3. Reach an average of 8,500 steps daily in 21 days

Unlock Silver Tier

+ RM15 Heal Voucher

4. Reach an average of 10,000 steps daily in 28 days

Unlock Gold Tier

+ RM20 Heal Voucher

All participants that unlock a minimum of Bronze Tier will stand a chance to win an additional Bonus RM50 Heal Voucher. The winners are selected on a Lucky Draw basis and limited to 50 winners only.  

Open the PUMP section of the Tune Protect app and click onto the Heal Step-Up Challenge card to view the leaderboard for your daily average steps.

To find your daily average steps, simply add up your total steps during the Challenge and divide by the number of days. For instance, from November 1 to November 10, 2023, if you've taken 45,000 steps, your daily average is 4,500 steps.

All prizes will be delivered via email. The distribution of prizes will take place within 7 days from the time you unlock a new tier.

As for the Bonus RM50 Heal Voucher, you will be notified if you’re one of the lucky winners within 10 days after the Challenge has ended. Similarly, the prize will be delivered via email.

PUMP tracks your steps by connecting to your Apple Health or Google Fit. In addition to Apple and Android wearables, PUMP supports two additional fitness trackers (Fitbit and Garmin) which can be connected during the PUMP registration process.
